Epic Certified Security Analyst responsible for building, maintaining, and auditing user security, roles, templates, and access controls across Epic applications
Manage user provisioning, role-based access, and security class assignments in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot access issues and ensure appropriate least-privilege access
Perform ongoing security audits, risk assessments, and remediation of access issues, including support for go-lives and system upgrades
Develop and maintain security documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures while supporting change management initiative
Serve as an Epic Cadence certified analyst (Epic Referrals a plus) to assess and optimize health services scheduling workflows and system performance.
Conduct full-scale discovery and analysis, including workflow reviews, stakeholder interviews, system configuration assessment, and gap analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Lead requirements gathering and solution design, facilitating workshops, defining success criteria, and delivering recommended solution options with implementation timelines and project plans
Redesign and configure Epic Cadence workflows, including “to-be” process design, system configuration, testing, UAT coordination, and incorporation of stakeholder feedback
Support training, go-live, and stabilization, assisting with role-based training materials, instructor-led sessions, cutover planning, go-live support, and post-implementation monitoring
Perform Technical Dress Rehearsal activities ahead of Epic go-lives, including hands-on testing of workstations, peripherals, printers, badge readers, and device connectivity at clinical locations
Validate Epic workstation readiness by confirming hardware builds, device mappings, network connectivity, user logins, and print routing function as expected
Partner with Epic application analysts, field services, and local site leadership to identify and resolve hardware or technical issues prior to go-live
Document testing results, issues, and resolutions, escalating defects as needed and tracking progress through completion
Support on-site and remote readiness efforts, including travel to clinical sites, overnight stays as required, and assisting with additional testing or go-live preparation activities when not in the field
Epic Certified Radiant Analyst responsible for design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Radiant workflows supporting imaging, scheduling, and radiology operations
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Epic Radiant build experience required, including protocol build, order configuration, preference lists, and modality workflows
Partner with radiologists, technologists, and operational stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective Epic Radiant solutions
Provide production support, issue triage, upgrades, and enhancement work while following change management and documentation standards
Active Epic Radiant Certification and Bachelor’s degree required
Epic Orders Analyst responsible for build, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Orders workflows across inpatient and ambulatory settings within Epic Systems
OTX experience highly preferred
Lead Orders-related activities including order transmittals, order sets, preference lists, smart orders, and clinical decision support rules
Partner with clinicians, informatics, and operational stakeholders to translate clinical workflows into efficient, compliant Epic Orders build
Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing; support go-lives, upgrades, and post-implementation optimization
Epic Orders Certification required; strong experience with troubleshooting, change control, and documentation in healthcare environments
