Support the build, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart functionality

Lead implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Clinical Information Systems and Epic platforms to support clinical and operational excellence
Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve workflows, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and analytics
Oversee system configuration, testing, upgrades, user support, and training initiatives to improve adoption, usability, and clinician engagement
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use, and organizational security/privacy standards while supporting quality and performance improvement initiatives
Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction for clinical informatics initiatives, collaborating with organizational leadership to align technology with patient care goals
Position requires regular on-site presence in a fast-paced healthcare environment with close collaboration across clinical, operational, and IT teams
Serve as liaison between end users, operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors to design, build, support, and optimize Epic PB applications
Analyze business requirements, workflows, and billing/claims processes to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with operational needs
Lead and support medium to high complexity implementations, including system configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live support with minimal oversight
Provide ongoing application support and optimization, partnering with Service Desk to resolve issues while demonstrating strong healthcare systems knowledge, communication, and teamwork skill
Lead CTI integrations between PBX/telephony systems and Epic to support patient access workflows
Configure inbound screen pop to automatically display patient records using caller ID matching
Enable click-to-dial functionality within Epic for seamless outbound calling Troubleshoot and resolve issues across telephony systems, Epic, and integration layers
Collaborate with Epic analysts and telecom teams to design, test, and implement CTI solutions
