Lead all Revenue Cycle operations including Patient Financial Services, Authorizations, Patient Accounting, and Coding
Drive revenue cycle optimization initiatives focused on improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient care support
Provide leadership and oversight for billing systems and revenue cycle technologies including MEDITECH, Paragon, Relay Clearance, and Relay Assurance Manage, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff while collaborating cross-functionally with hospital leadership and operational teams
Full-time, fully on-site leadership role requiring strong revenue cycle management experience, communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced healthcare environment
