Lead Epic Beaker Analyst/PM

Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities:
Lead Analyst with Epic Beaker and Project Management expertise to oversee testing, validation, and build activities while managing a team of analysts
Proven experience in Epic Beaker build, testing, and validation activities
Prior experience as a team lead or project manager within Epic environments
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and integration points
Onsite Experience in implementing Epic and 3rd party applications is required
Epic applications and PMP certifications are preferred
Under the direction of the Manager, Director or other senior personnel, the Project Manager determines user demands, establishes work priorities, and plans; directs and monitors project work
Supports Information System related business planning requirements including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning
Maintains project issues and reports to Information System management and local steering teams on progress of critical path items
Reports project status and accomplishments
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
The Project Manager will gather and evaluate information concerning a user’s conceptual needs, estimate and schedule project activities and associated costs, coordinate and participate in analysis/design/coding activities, ensure that system changes are fully tested, ensure users are fully trained and prepared, associated guideline and procedure requirements are met, and coordinate implementation of the changes
Follow PMO methodology, processes to lead and manage projects end to end Responsible for creating and managing project scope, resource and budget
Responsible to manage multiple large size projects
Also, be responsible for mentoring and providing oversight to projects managed by junior members of the team
Develop and implement training strategies and plans for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation
Support trainers in the design and creation of training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources
Conduct training sessions for various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams
Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, and process leads to identify training needs and requirements
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes
Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-implementation to ensure continued proficiency and adoption
Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP features, updates, and best practices to incorporate into training programs
Administers, directs, and coordinates activities of the Medical/Surgical Unit and the SCU Unit
Recommends, develops, and implements policies and procedures for both the Medical/Surgical and SCU Units
Provides direction and evaluation of patient care delivery to ensure appropriate patient outcomes
Maintains operational aspects of the department
Provides leadership and direction of nursing staff by identifying needs and offering encouragement for professional growth
Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing is required
Experience in nursing management is preferred
Demonstrated leadership abilities; possess good oral and written communication skills; demonstrated interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution, and facilitates staff development
