Lead and manage the applications team, providing direction and support to ensure systems effectively support business operations
Oversee evaluation and improvement of existing applications to enhance efficiency, business processes, and decision-making capabilities
Ensure successful integration and deployment of new software solutions that meet functional, compliance, and interface requirements
Partner with Infrastructure Services to coordinate system architecture, environment needs, and technical dependencies
Establish and enforce application governance including policies, procedures, quality assurance standards, and team leadership responsibilities (hiring, coaching, performance management)
