• Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and deliver healthcare interface and integration solutions that ensure reliable message movement, translation, and data exchange
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed messaging specifications, perform gap analyses, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational standards
• Build and support HL7, EDI, CSV, and XML interfaces; troubleshoot and resolve message transformation, communication, and flow issues across systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation, translation plans, and testing protocols to ensure quality and repeatability of integration processes
• Partner with customers and vendors to clarify interface requirements, support integration testing, and deliver production-ready solutions within defined timelines

• Supports the build, configuration, and optimization of Epic Research modules
• Partners with clinical research teams, coordinators, and IRB staff to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows

• Collaborates with billing, compliance, and IT teams to ensure proper routing, charge review, and alignment with federal research regulations

• Provide advanced support for Epic Beaker AP/CP, including ticket resolution and workflow troubleshooting

• Support new project-based initiatives across the Beaker and broader lab ecosystem
• Perform build, validation, configuration updates, and coordination with lab instrumentation
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab staff, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory-aligned workflows
