Epic Clinical Applications Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years supporting enterprise clinical applications, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role required
• Strong experience with Epic and integrated clinical systems
• Proven success leading system upgrades, integrated testing cycles, and large-scale optimization initiatives
• Experience implementing Agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management (Azure DevOps or similar tools)
• Solid understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, Cures Act)
• Epic certifications and Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems or Nursing required
