The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior is primarily responsible for assisting in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, collaborating with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools.
Support responsibilities include application support of medium to high complexity for acute and non-acute care clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system; provides incident, change and problem management support following the outlined ITIL processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Technical, Advertising/Marketing-related or other relevant degree program
3-7 years’ experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in web content management required, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of tools
Candidate will be assisting not only with day-to-day operations pertaining to web content management for the client but will also be assisting with a switch of system
They will need to be flexible to assist the team in developing and implementing new processes as they are created
Main focus is on a candidate that has excellent communications skills both written and verbal as well as web content management experience
This candidate will be mainly assisting with communication surrounding change management for the team and fielding questions from users and providing guidance on user interface
Previous experience in the healthcare environment as well as the Sitecore program are a plus but are not required
Primary support contact for assigned interfaces in relationship to Corepoint Interface Engine, Epic and other assigned applications including biomedical devices
With minimal supervision, this position serves as a mentor to other team members, coordinates the analysis, technical design, build, testing, on-going monitoring and all issue triage/resolution necessary to implement and support assigned interfaces and inter-system integration points following team processes
Works closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams to ensure that interfaces meet the needs of -our end users, while maintaining high security standard
