Design, configure, and maintain Workday security across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Benefits to support healthcare operational and compliance requirements
Manage role-based, domain, business process, and user-based security, including security testing and audit support
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance teams to troubleshoot access issues and implement least-privilege security models
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and integrations by validating security impacts and performing regression testing

Responsibilities:
Requires Epic Ambulatory certification with broad clinical application knowledge (MyChart, Security, HIM) and strong hands-on build/configuration skills
Handle ticket review/analysis, medication and workflow requests, and support Community Connect practices through ongoing enhancement work
Collaborate with providers and clinics to assess workflows, determine needed configuration, and convert clinical requests into Epic build tasks
Act as liaison with clinics/providers and build teams; deliver onsite elbow support, gather requirements, and convert clinician requests into technical build items
Client-facing self-starter with strong relationship-building; comfortable doing regular onsite visits
Serve as the lead Beacon consultant for CAR-T carepath and workflow build, leveraging strong oncology and clinical background (must be a nurse or similar clinical role)
Design, build, and optimize IEC components including Carepaths, SmartForms, referrals, admission order sets, flowsheets, synopsis, notes, and supporting smart tools
Support research-related build initiatives and translate clinical requirements into scalable, compliant Epic configurations
Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to validate workflows, troubleshoot issues, ensure alignment with protocols, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer
Work independently with minimal oversight, proactively driving tasks to completion and managing multiple priorities across CAR-T and research build needs; Beacon certification and CAR-T experience required
Support day-to-day inpatient tickets and manage requests for inpatient materials data while working independently with strong inpatient workflow knowledge
Build dashboards and components for the inpatient project using advanced SQL/Transact-SQL skills, with the ability to start immediately as build work is imminent
Epic inpatient (Cogito) and clinical data model certifications strongly preferred
Collaborate in meetings on behalf of the employee, driving build activities with minimal oversight and no steep learning curve
Utilize ServiceNow (preferred) and other tools to document work, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing inpatient reporting and analytics needs
