Responsibilities:

• Epic Beaker AP and CP certification required
• Provide advanced support for Epic Beaker AP/CP, including ticket resolution and workflow troubleshooting
• Lead optimization efforts to improve lab operations, build quality, and system performance
• Support new project-based initiatives across the Beaker and broader lab ecosystem
• Perform build, validation, configuration updates, and coordination with lab instrumentation
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab staff, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory-aligned workflows
