Epic Certified Research Analyst

Responsibilites:

• Epic Research Certification required
• Supports the build, configuration, and optimization of Epic Research modules
• Partners with clinical research teams, coordinators, and IRB staff to gather requirements and translate them into Epic workflows
• Troubleshoots issues, performs system testing, manages change requests, and ensures research workflows remain compliant and accurate
• Collaborates with billing, compliance, and IT teams to ensure proper routing, charge review, and alignment with federal research regulations
• Creates documentation, training materials, and provides end-user support for research study teams across the organization
