Epic Data Courier certification and Epic Change Management experience required

Experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing Epic environments with a strong understanding of data migration, environment management, and change control processes

Design, build, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the Epic Fertility/Embryology module
Analyze, design, configure, and maintain Epic Embryology workflows, dictionaries, and interfaces to support fertility and reproductive medicine programs.
Collaborate with embryologists, lab staff, and physicians to gather requirements, document specifications, and optimize processes
Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for new build, upgrades, and environment refreshes
Participate in implementation and upgrade projects, including validation, training, and go-live support
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CAP, CLIA, and other fertility-specific regulations in all system configurations
Provide advanced troubleshooting and end-user support for embryology workflows and related applications
Collaborate with IT, lab, and operational teams to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, and optimal system performance
Epic Bridges certification, bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of integration experience required; prior experience with Diplomat, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, or IBM Integration Bus preferred
Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and deliver healthcare interface and integration solutions that ensure reliable message movement, translation, and data exchange
Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed messaging specifications, perform gap analyses, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational standards
Build and support HL7, EDI, CSV, and XML interfaces; troubleshoot and resolve message transformation, communication, and flow issues across systems
Create and maintain technical documentation, translation plans, and testing protocols to ensure quality and repeatability of integration processes
Partner with customers and vendors to clarify interface requirements, support integration testing, and deliver production-ready solutions within defined timelines
Epic Professional Billing (PB) and PB Claims certifications required, with 5+ years of Epic build experience supporting complex healthcare billing environments
Serve as liaison between end users, leadership, vendors, and IT teams to design, build, and optimize Epic Professional Billing and PB Claims applications.
Analyze business workflows and translate operational requirements into scalable Epic PB/PB Claims configurations and enhancements
Provide application support, troubleshooting, and optimization with timely, high-quality results to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
