Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks (LAN/WAN), desktops, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Monitor systems and security controls, applying updates, patches, and backup procedures to maintain data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across enterprise environments, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for resolution
• Implement and enforce information security policies, manage user access, and respond to potential threats or incidents
• Support system integrations and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Provide onsite technical support for IT infrastructure, telehealth equipment, and user devices in alignment with IT Service Level Expectations
