Epic Certified Willow Inpatient Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required
• Minimum 5 years of Epic Willow Inpatient experience with ongoing support and maintenance preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and ability to support medium-to-high complexity clinical applications across acute and non-acute settings
• Experience providing application support, incident/change/problem management, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams following ITIL processes
