Senior Healthcare Business Systems Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities:

• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare IT (hospital/clinic setting; not insurance)
• EMR implementation expertise (Epic, Cerner, Athena) plus related 3rd-party apps (Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank)
• Skilled in requirements gathering, workflow/process documentation, and project artifacts (charters, reports, minutes)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with clinical and IT stakeholders
• Collaborates with support teams to design, test, and implement hospital/clinic systems and enhancements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
