Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP applications strategy and roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and business priorities
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to deliver measurable value through ERP solutions (HCM, Finance, SCM, Grants)
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee vendor management, application governance, integration, and service-level performance
• Manage full ERP lifecycle: system selection, planning, implementation, support, and retirement
• Ensure ERP reliability, security, compliance (HIPAA/InfoSec), and cost-effective use of resources
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving alignment, managing change, and supporting acquisitions
• Required: Workday Pro Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL Foundation (or higher)
