Deliver comprehensive classroom and virtual training for Epic Ambulatory applications, ensuring curriculum aligns with system workflows and end-user roles across clinical departments
Develop, maintain, and update training materials, lesson plans, tip sheets, and quick reference guides to reflect system enhancements and workflow optimizations
Collaborate with application analysts, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders to identify training needs and support go-live readiness and adoption strategies
Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and provide ongoing coaching and support to credentialed trainers and super users to maintain consistent education quality
Epic Ambulatory and Epic TED (Training, Education, and Documentation) Certifications required
Epic revenue cycle experience and strong Medi-Cal expertise are required, with deep knowledge of California reimbursement and managed care payers.
Lead revenue cycle performance assessments with a focus on coding, reimbursement accuracy, and AR transparency
Drive process improvements to reduce AR days, improve net collections, and strengthen denial management
Leverage Epic data, reporting, and third-party/AI-driven tools to optimize workflows and revenue capture
Deliver quick-win initiatives that show ROI while building sustainable processes for transparency and accountability
Partner with leadership as a subject matter expert (SME) to align financial performance with clinical quality outcomes and long-term revenue cycle health
