Support responsibilities include application support of medium to high complexity for acute and non-acute care clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system; provides incident, change and problem management support following the outlined ITIL processes

Bachelor’s Degree OR An Associate’s Degree with an additional 2 years of related experience or a high school diploma/GED with an additional 4 years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
3 years of experience directly involved in Epic Professional billing performing straightforward builds or template is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or An Associate’s Degree with an additional 2 years of related experience or a high school diploma/GED with an additional 4 years of related experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
5 years of experience directly involved in Epic application support performing builds in the targeted applications.
Demonstrated experience performing complex builds and integrations is required
10 years of experience directly involved in Epic application support performing builds in the targeted applications with significant experience performing complex builds and integrations is preferred
Professional billing or Professional billing claims EPIC certification is required
