Experience in implementing QA Methodologies, test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test deliverables for various applications
Experience in functional testing, integration testing, regressing testing
Must have expert level knowledge in Facets, with understanding of various modules- subscriber / member, groups, enrollment, claims, billing, payment integrity accounting provider and Utilization management
Quality Assurance/Release Management concepts to test application changes, updates, and enhancements
Develop, evaluate, revise, apply and document quality assurance processes, methods, and test plans to inspect and test a variety of IS applications and workflows
Audits, monitors, and enforces the established release management processes and policies in support of cross-domain configuration integration, testing, completeness, and consistency
