Support the build, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart functionality
Work with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve patient portal workflows
Manage MyChart features such as patient messaging, proxy access, scheduling, test results, questionnaires, notifications, and patient self-service tools
Participate in upgrades, enhancement requests, issue resolution, testing, documentation, and end-user support
Epic MyChart certificationrequired, with hands-on experience supporting or implementing Epic MyChart in a healthcare environment
Lead implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Clinical Information Systems and Epic platforms to support clinical and operational excellence
Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to improve workflows, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making through reporting and analytics
Oversee system configuration, testing, upgrades, user support, and training initiatives to improve adoption, usability, and clinician engagement
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, Meaningful Use, and organizational security/privacy standards while supporting quality and performance improvement initiatives
Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction for clinical informatics initiatives, collaborating with organizational leadership to align technology with patient care goals
Position requires regular on-site presence in a fast-paced healthcare environment with close collaboration across clinical, operational, and IT teams
Serve as liaison between end users, operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors to design, build, support, and optimize Epic PB applications
Analyze business requirements, workflows, and billing/claims processes to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with operational needs
Lead and support medium to high complexity implementations, including system configuration, testing, documentation, and go-live support with minimal oversight
Provide ongoing application support and optimization, partnering with Service Desk to resolve issues while demonstrating strong healthcare systems knowledge, communication, and teamwork skill
Lead CTI integrations between PBX/telephony systems and Epic to support patient access workflows
Configure inbound screen pop to automatically display patient records using caller ID matching
Enable click-to-dial functionality within Epic for seamless outbound calling Troubleshoot and resolve issues across telephony systems, Epic, and integration layers
Collaborate with Epic analysts and telecom teams to design, test, and implement CTI solutions
2+ years of Workday Financials experience (Core Financials, AP, AR, Banking & Treasury, Adaptive Planning), preferably in healthcare or finance environments
Strong system administration skills including configuration, tenant management, security audits, and release lifecycle support (testing, deployment, documentation)
Experience troubleshooting integrations, resolving system issues, and coordinating with IT/vendors to maintain platform performance
Proficient in Workday reporting tools (including OfficeConnect) to build dashboards, KPIs, and support audits while ensuring data integrity
Well-organized with project management–style execution; able to manage multiple priorities, optimize workflows, and support process improvements
Strong communicator comfortable working with executives and senior financial leaders across the organization
Workday Financials and HCM certifications required
Strong, recent hands-on Workday Payroll experience (not payroll-adjacent), including ownership of configuration such as pay groups, earnings/deductions, calculation rules, retro processing, parallel testing, and payroll controls
Proven, recent Workday Financials configuration experience with ownership of design decisions, including FDM/worktags governance, accounting rules and journals, AP/Expenses, and close-readiness controls
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of Payroll-to-GL processes, including costing/mapping, reconciliation, controls, and issue triage
