Workday Financials and HCM certifications required
Strong, recent hands-on Workday Payroll experience (not payroll-adjacent), including ownership of configuration such as pay groups, earnings/deductions, calculation rules, retro processing, parallel testing, and payroll controls
Proven, recent Workday Financials configuration experience with ownership of design decisions, including FDM/worktags governance, accounting rules and journals, AP/Expenses, and close-readiness controls
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of Payroll-to-GL processes, including costing/mapping, reconciliation, controls, and issue triage
Epic Research Clinical Certified with hands-on experience supporting clinical trials build, including intake, documentation review, and coordination with research teams
Translate researcher data requirements into technical specifications/blueprints for Epic build and reporting teams (Cogito/Clarity)
Partner with researchers, coordinators, medical students, and residents to design and standardize data collection workflows aligned to study objectives
Support research data extraction requests by collaborating with Cogito teams and leveraging SQL for reporting and analysis
Preferred: Epic Research Billing and Cogito certifications, along with strong SQL experience
Epic Security Certified and Provider Administrator Badge required
Serve as a liaison between end users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications
Provide ongoing application support and optimization, working closely with the Service Desk to resolve incidents and service requests
Analyze business requirements, operational issues, and workflows to configure and improve system functionality
Participate in project implementations, including requirements analysis, testing, documentation, and deployment of medium- to high-complexity solutions
Apply healthcare operations knowledge and system expertise to support organizational and clinical business needs
Lead the development, integration, and deployment of health plan applications and system enhancements, ensuring solutions are delivered and operational
Oversee core health plan systems including claims adjudication platforms, EDI/X12 transactions, CRM systems, data warehouses, and reporting/analytics tools
Manage integrations between health plan systems, provider systems, and external partners using EDI, APIs, and HIE connectivity.
Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions while coordinating with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to meet security, compliance, and performance standards
Evaluate existing applications and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement system or process improvements that support health plan operations
Manage and mentor technical staff, including hiring, performance management, and day-to-day team direction while partnering with business departments to support operational needs
Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing (HB) functionality to support revenue cycle operations and ensure accurate billing workflows.
Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, and operational stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into Epic HB system build and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, manage service tickets, and support end users to ensure system stability and efficient billing operations.
Participate in Epic upgrades, quarterly releases, and system optimization efforts, including testing, validation, and documentation of changes.
Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training materials while supporting cross-team initiatives with PB, revenue integrity, and reporting teams
Epic Cadence Analyst responsible for analyzing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting Epic scheduling and referral workflows, including Cadence, Cheers, Hello World, Welcome, and CRM
Collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders to design and optimize scheduling and patient access workflows that meet business and clinical requirements
Maintain deep knowledge of Epic application functionality and healthcare operational workflows to support enhancements, troubleshooting, and system improvements
Support patient access and registration workflows, with exposure to Grand Central and Prelude considered a plus
Requirements: Epic Cadence Certification and ~5+ years of experience supporting or implementing Epic patient access/revenue cycle systems; strong understanding of healthcare IT environments and workflow optimization
Epic PB Admin and PB Claims Certification required
Serve as the liaison between end users, operational leaders, IT teams, and vendors to design, build, optimize, and support assigned Epic applications
