Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience relevant to assigned portfolio in a healthcare setting or related industries.

The Senior Claims Analyst works with operations and provider relations/contracting departments analyzing claims activity to identify and quantify claim adjudication errors, identify claims trends to identify opportunities for improvement, assist in provider contract negotiations, and review contract pricing setup in the claims system
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health insurance, finance, or related field is preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience in health insurance claims analysis or related experience required
Cupid Cert/Proficiency and at least 5+ years of CUPID BUILD Experience
Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues across the enterprise to drive strategic goals and vision for the department
Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and clinical content to ensure alignment across all ministries in order to create efficiencies that improve patient safety.
Collaborate with technical colleagues to help identify any infrastructure related issues that have resulted in clinical application issues.
Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, science, or business field with strong technical computer knowledge and experience OR bachelor’s degree in computer science with strong healthcare experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or business setting.
Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office and SQL.
Previous experience developing in Power BI. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Epic EMR system (preferred)
Experience with Epic Slicer Dicer Reporting (preferred)
