Lead the Phase 2 rollout of the Icertis CLM platform, configuring key modules (Obligations, Intent/metadata, workflows, templates) and ensuring they align with business and regulatory needs
Oversee end-to-end integration of Icertis with enterprise systems—including Workday Procurement, Finance, and HR—supporting seamless contract data exchange, compliance tracking, and lifecycle automation
Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, HR, IT, and healthcare operational stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, data mappings, and workflow configurations
Drive implementation activities such as integration design, data migration, UAT, QA, go-live coordination, and post-deployment stabilization, ensuring performance and data integrity
Provide ongoing platform support, documentation, and user training while ensuring solutions meet healthcare-specific operational, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience supporting clinical third-party applications including Cardiology, Radiology, Lab systems, PACS, Sleep Lab (Cadwell), and PFT (Breeze Suite)
Provides Tier 2/Tier 3 application support for back-office systems, following ITIL processes, SLAs, and escalation procedures for SEV1/SEV2 incidents
Skilled in advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and desktop/back-office applications, including technical architecture understanding
Documents resolutions and workarounds, recommends preventative controls, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation while delivering strong customer service
Epic Bridges certification, bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of integration experience required; prior experience with Diplomat, Microsoft SSIS, Informatica PowerCenter, or IBM Integration Bus preferred
Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and deliver healthcare interface and integration solutions that ensure reliable message movement, translation, and data exchange
Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed messaging specifications, perform gap analyses, and recommend solutions aligned with organizational standards
Build and support HL7, EDI, CSV, and XML interfaces; troubleshoot and resolve message transformation, communication, and flow issues across systems
Create and maintain technical documentation, translation plans, and testing protocols to ensure quality and repeatability of integration processes
Partner with customers and vendors to clarify interface requirements, support integration testing, and deliver production-ready solutions within defined timelines
Independently lead financial and reimbursement analysis, evaluating rate proposals, payer contract terms, and health plan methodologies to identify optimization opportunities
Develop and maintain advanced financial reporting using EPSi, SQL, Epic Clarity, and Power BI to assess contracted rates, reimbursement trends, and performance metrics
Manage end-to-end rate review processes and collaborate with contract modeling teams to ensure accurate implementation of negotiated terms within pricing and contract management systems
Monitor data integrity across financial systems, proactively improving processes, and providing insights and recommendations to Contracting leadership based on payer reporting trends
Maintain expertise in reimbursement methodologies, payer policies, and regulatory requirements while supporting system-wide financial projects, special initiatives, and committee activities
