Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Picture Archive Communication Systems (PACS) to ensure seamless medical imaging workflows across healthcare facilities
Troubleshoots PACS hardware/software issues, implements system upgrades, and configures network protocols to support diagnostic radiology operations
Collaborates with IT teams, clinicians, and imaging staff to improve workflow efficiency, data integrity, and end-user satisfaction
Provides technical training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and security standards
Monitors and analyzes PACS performance, validates workstations, and documents system changes, procedures, and best practices
Requires strong knowledge of DICOM standards, medical imaging technologies, and database management to support clinical applications
Support and maintain enterprise Systems Integration Architecture to enable secure data exchange across applications, cloud services, and external partners
Monitor dashboards, error queues, and vendor releases; troubleshoot and resolve Epic and non-Epic integration issues
Analyze requirements and design integration solutions, including mapping, translation tables, and architecture diagrams
Ensure compliance by testing integrations, updating keys/connections, and assessing vendor upgrades
Maintain documentation, CMDB inventory, and provide on-call support for incidents and requests
Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and optimize workflows
Evaluate and apply vendor upgrade/service bulletins; proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies
Contribute to the development of integration standards, best practices, and knowledge-sharing across the team
Proficient in Microbiology and laboratory workflows
Experience supporting medium–high complexity laboratory applications in large healthcare systems, ensuring regulatory compliance
Skilled in analysis, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and optimization of lab information systems to enhance efficiency, adoption, and patient safety
Minimum 5 years of Epic Willow Inpatient experiencewith ongoing support and maintenance preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field
Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and ability to support medium-to-high complexity clinical applications across acute and non-acute settings
Experience providing application support, incident/change/problem management, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams following ITIL processes
