The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior is primarily responsible for assisting in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, collaborating with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools
Support responsibilities include application support of medium to high complexity for acute and non-acute care clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system; provides incident, change and problem management support following the outlined ITIL processes
This position must possess sufficient detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise to support assigned clinical application(s)
Cisco Call Manager contractor to provide Cisco VoIP Subject Matter Experts (SME) to assist with a VoIP deployment by assessing the current state of the voice network, analyzing the risks and gaps to the future state, developing a deployment plan to the new Cisco VoIP platform, making any necessary updates to Cisco VOIP
Objective – Installation and support of approximately 125 VOIP phones.
Assess – Develop scope of work for the installation and support
Recommend – Use Contractor that is familiar with SCVMC Call Manger configuration.
Implement – HHS Telecom to shadow Cisco technicians in the installation and configuration of phones.
Test – Vendor to provide all testing and commissioning of phones.
Knowledge Transfer – Provide education to users and HHS Telecom as build configurations and training material

Responsibilities:
Provide MDM technical consultants for previously agreed upon configuration support activities related to the MDM solution
Provide project management including development of a project work plan, regular status reports, regular status meetings, tracking project milestones and budget
Configure new data source(s) in Patient and Provider domain
For Patient domain, modify inbound brokers to enable processing of the new data source(s)
For Provider domain, modify existing custom applications to enable processing of the new data source(s)
Provide knowledge support of MDM web applications and API (Inspector, Web Reports, Web Services, Java API etc.)
Perform enhancements to custom handler (Provider domain)
Execute ad-hoc queries to retrieve data from MDM database
Participate in project team meetings as required
Create deployment document when deploying changes to production environment
This will be required for IBM support ticketing process
