Salesforce Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and list views to support Medicare Sales Operations
• Provide first-level Salesforce support and maintain Field Service Lightning
• Write Salesforce Inspector queries; SQL experience a plus
• Support Medicare-related user acceptance testing and articulate Salesforce requirements
• Manage collateral ordering and reporting for Medicare enrollment using Salesforce and Excel
• Strong Salesforce systems analysis and reporting skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning preferred
