Lead and oversee all Patient Access functions including pre-registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, financial clearance, counseling, registration, and point-of-service collections
Manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, performance metrics, and standardized workflows across hospital and clinic settings
Drive accountability through KPI monitoring, quality audits, call reviews, and monthly reporting on access and revenue cycle performance
Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of service excellence, growth, and operational accountability
Resolve escalated patient, provider, and physician office concerns while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
Partner cross-functionally with clinical, financial, ancillary, and IT teams to optimize workflows, systems performance, and patient experience
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across all Patient Access operations
