Epic Patient Access and Revenue Cycle Applications Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Revenue Cycle applications, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules (e.g., Resolute Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Claims, Charge Capture, Prelude)
• Proven success leading revenue cycle system upgrades, integrated testing cycles, and large-scale optimization initiatives
• Experience implementing Agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Deep understanding of revenue cycle workflows including registration, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, reimbursement, and denial management
• Epic Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
