Epic Hyperspace and Resolute Hospital Billing Charging Application Analyst with required Epic Resolute HB Charging Certification
Responsible for build, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Hospital Billing charging workflows within Epic Hyperspace
Collaborates with revenue cycle, clinical, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate charge capture and compliant billing processes
Analyzes charging issues, resolves defects, and supports end users through incident, request, and optimization work
Supports system upgrades, integrated testing, and go-live activities related to HB Charging and Resolute functionality
