Epic Clinical IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting Epic clinical applications, including troubleshooting and workflow optimization
• Serves as liaison between IT and clinical departments to coordinate upgrades, communicate project status, and ensure user needs are met
• Provides end-user education and develops training materials to enhance Epic adoption and clinical efficiency
• Collaborates with technical teams and business owners to test, validate, and deploy Epic enhancements or system upgrades
