Epic Certified Cupid Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Epic Cupid Certification, Bachelor’s degree, and minimum 5+ years of Epic Cupid build experience required
• Analyze, design, test, and optimize assigned Epic Cupid applications to meet operational and technical needs
• Collaborate with end-users, operational leaders, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality system implementation and support
• Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization with minimal supervision
• Document, educate, and implement medium-to-high complexity software solutions while driving process improvement across teams
