• Proven experience with Epic Willow build, configuration, testing, and support in healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows, medication build, order sets, and integration with clinical applications
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operational leadership to optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory functionality
• Skilled in troubleshooting, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization within Epic environments
