Epic Certified Prelude Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Epic Prelude certification required, with hands-on build, configuration, and support experience in patient access workflows
• Design, build, test, and optimize Prelude functionality including registration, scheduling, eligibility, and insurance verification
• Partner with patient access, revenue cycle, and operational teams to translate business needs into effective Epic solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, manage work queues, and support system upgrades, enhancements, and go-lives
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices across front-end revenue cycle processes
