5+ years of Epic Cadence experience, with recent and active build responsibilities
Proven experience as a hands-on Epic builder, not just support or advisory
Deep understanding of Cadence architecture and dependencies, Scheduling rules, access, and template management
Experience supporting ambulatory scheduling in complex healthcare environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skill
