Epic Certified Beaker AP/CP Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Epic Beaker CP and AP certifications required
• Provides medium to high complexity application support and ensures regulatory compliance across laboratory applications
• Collaborates with clinical, technical, and Health Informatics teams to improve workflows, standardize best practices, and enhance patient safety
• Troubleshoots application and infrastructure-related issues and supports system upgrades and enhancements
• Participates in analysis, testing, documentation, education, implementation, and optimization efforts
• Works independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong patient- and end-user-focused approach
• MT (ASCP), MLS, MLT, or equivalent certification/license preferred
