Epic Certified Ambulatory Analyst

Responsibilities:

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required; 5+ years Epic Ambulatory build/support experience preferred
• Support and administer EpicCare Ambulatory and other clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows, enhance tools, and improve care delivery in both acute and non-acute settings
• Provide incident, change, and problem management support following ITIL best practices
• Lead or contribute to application support of medium to high complexity, ensuring system stability, compliance, and user satisfaction
