Epic Ambulatory Community Connect Clinical Informatics Analyst

Location: Chula Vista, CA

Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Requires Epic Ambulatory certification with broad clinical application knowledge (MyChart, Security, HIM) and strong hands-on build/configuration skills
• Handle ticket review/analysis, medication and workflow requests, and support Community Connect practices through ongoing enhancement work
• Collaborate with providers and clinics to assess workflows, determine needed configuration, and convert clinical requests into Epic build tasks
• Act as liaison with clinics/providers and build teams; deliver onsite elbow support, gather requirements, and convert clinician requests into technical build items
• Client-facing self-starter with strong relationship-building; comfortable doing regular onsite visits
