Responsibilities:

• Requires active licensure in clinical pharmacy (rPh or PharmD)
• Hands-on experience with Cerner PharmNet for medication order workflows, build, and configuration
• Supports, builds, and implements clinical systems related to medication use and safety
• Translates pharmacy workflow and medication use initiatives into EMR configuration and design
• Collaborates closely with Clinical Pharmacy and IT teams to develop effective solutions
• Manages multiple concurrent projects; some project management experience preferred
