• Epic Beaker AP Certification, Bachelor’s degree, and minimum 5+ years of Epic Beaker AP build experience with AP reference lab interfacing required
• Provide application support, testing, documentation, and optimization for laboratory information systems across a multi-regional healthcare system
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and informatics teams to improve workflows, efficiency, and patient safety
• Maintain regulatory compliance for all laboratory applications while ensuring standardized best practices across the enterprise
• Assist with analysis, education, and implementation of technology solutions to enhance laboratory operations and user adoption
