Responsibilities:

Lead a specialty pharmacy Epic Willow Ambulatory implementation, coordinating build, testing, and go-live activities
Manage Epic Compass Rose workflows supporting specialty pharmacy operations and care coordination
Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to align Epic configuration with operational workflows
Own project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication through go-live
Support integrated testing, UAT, and deployment readiness
Epic Willow Ambulatory and Compass Rose experience required
