Senior Healthcare Project Manager

Location: Camden, NJ

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects aligned to departmental and organizational strategic goals, with emphasis on process improvement and change management
• Lead full project lifecycle activities including scope definition, stakeholder identification, resource planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, execution, and post-project evaluation
• Develop detailed project documentation (charters, work plans, schedules, WBS, roles/responsibilities) and present updates to sponsors and key stakeholders
• Serve as a consultant on cross-disciplinary initiatives, leveraging expertise in PMBOK, BABOK, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies
• Monitor project health, proactively escalate risks, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure desired outcomes
• Utilize advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery in healthcare or research environments
• Must reside in the Mid-Atlantic Region
