Manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional projects aligned to departmental and organizational strategic goals, with emphasis on process improvement and change management
Lead full project lifecycle activities including scope definition, stakeholder identification, resource planning, budgeting, risk mitigation, execution, and post-project evaluation
Develop detailed project documentation (charters, work plans, schedules, WBS, roles/responsibilities) and present updates to sponsors and key stakeholders
Serve as a consultant on cross-disciplinary initiatives, leveraging expertise in PMBOK, BABOK, Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies
Monitor project health, proactively escalate risks, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and provide data-driven recommendations to ensure desired outcomes
Utilize advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery in healthcare or research environments
Must reside in the Mid-Atlantic Region
