Responsibilities:

  • Experience with UKG Dimensions or Oracle is a plus
  • Supporting additional apps outside of Cornerstone and expected to support ERP implementation
  • Responsible for maintaining an in-depth technical understanding of the vendor applications supported, including requirements for upgrades, patching and interfaced integration with other systems
  • Working closely with functional and technical team members and vendors to support the day to day operation of these applications
  • Participating with functional areas on the analysis and requirements, design and testing of enhancements and customizations
  • Evaluating upgrades and releasing notes for assigned applications and working with functional areas to insure that changes are fully tested before implementation into production
  • Troubleshooting and resolving reported system and application problems in the test and production environments
  • Resolution may require coordinating functional and technical resources Technical Administrator, Interfaces, Operations, and System Managers, Networking etc. in the investigation, analysis and solution
