Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare provider settings (hospitals, clinics) with EMR implementations (Epic, Cerner, Athena) and related Epic module projects
Strong background in implementing EMRs and 3rd party clinical applications (e.g., Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank) across ancillary areas such as Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology
Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, process flows, and producing project artifacts (charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas)
Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, leading meetings to capture business requirements and design workflows
Advises and supports customers in system operations, administration, and enhancements while partnering with support and delivery teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
Healthcare experience is required to ensure deep understanding of clinical workflows, compliance standards and the unique needs of healthcare IT environments
Leads the alignment of the corporate applications strategy with both immediate business needs and long-term organizational objectives, with a strong emphasis on healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
