• This candidate will be mainly assisting with communication surrounding change management for the team and fielding questions from users and providing guidance on user interface
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment as well as the Sitecore program are a plus but are not required

• Strategizes, designs, and implements security, which restricts access only to key CRM data/entity/form only for privileged users.
• Leads CRM deployment activities and documents the deployment plan and checklist.
• Follows Inova standards for change control and deployment of changes to production environments, documenting system configuration changes.
• Creates and maintains custom dashboards, models, power apps components, integration with third-party services and external APIs. Customizes when appropriate “out of the box Dynamics”.
