Responsible for training delivery, support, and all related tasks associated with their assigned application(s).
The Credentialed Trainer works with the Principal Trainers, Analysts, Informaticists, Health System leaders and Education to assure end users can use the system.
They identify individuals who may need additional support or training and provide support, as needed.
They ensure that students can use the designated application effectively and efficiently.
The Credentialed Trainer is credentialed in assigned application(s) and maintains proficiency
A qualified candidate will have demonstrated experience overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs across a healthcare organization.
A well-qualified candidate will have experience managing diverse training teams, developing training curriculums, and overseeing communication teams for academic or healthcare institutions.
Experience managing learning management systems and eLearning development is required.
Epic certification is not required but experience with Epic training systems is preferred.
Possess a proven track record of delivering innovative, learner-centric training solutions.
