Oversees the daily management, optimization, and support of Epic Revenue Cycle modules, ensuring systems effectively enable clinical, financial, and operational workflows
Leads a team of Epic analysts, providing strategic guidance on enhancements, issue resolution, upgrades, testing, and user support while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to align system configuration with business needs, drive workflow optimization, and support organizational initiatives through effective change management
Manages application roadmaps, SDLC activities, governance participation, and data-driven decision-making to ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing Epic environments
Ensures compliance with required Epic certifications and leverages best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, and project governance to enhance processes and system performance
Lead an active Icertis CLM Phase 2 implementation, quickly assessing status, risks, milestones, and driving day-to-day project execution
Manage configuration, integrations, obligation/intent modules, testing, UAT, and cutover while coordinating with Legal, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and external Icertis partners
Oversee Workday + Icertis integrations, ensuring alignment with key integration points and cross-system workflows
Establish strong project governance (RAID, sprint planning, timelines, issue escalation) and maintain all documentation, including project plans, test scripts, and integration mappings
Provide clear leadership and communication to stakeholders, proactively removing obstacles and ensuring on-time delivery of all Phase 2 deliverables
Lead and own a portfolio of third-party business applications, including required platforms Epic, Workday, and UKG, ensuring successful integration, optimization, and alignment across enterprise systems
Oversee end-to-end intake, impact analysis, risk assessments, timelines, and delivery for multiple concurrent application and integration projects, including cloud migrations, third-party systems, and hardware replacements
Drive data conversion efforts and manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving interconnected workflows across HR, finance, and healthcare operations
Serve as the business program lead for integration work, partnering with technical teams to guide non-build requirements, dependencies, milestones, and enterprise go-live readiness
Act as the primary escalation point for risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring continuity, project execution, and successful rollout of enterprise application initiative
