IT Architect II will be responsible for working on complex projects that require in-depth knowledge within multiple domains across the Oracle HCM platform: technical, solutions, business, or information.

The Architect II Leads domain/Agile Train Release specific architecture board and provides an ecosystem-wide perspective and participates in Enterprise Architecture review
Require bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree or certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in designing and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions, with experience in enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AD; strong understanding of security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.
Proven ability to lead complex projects, from planning to execution, involving cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar Microsoft certifications.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) for automation and reporting.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices, including Microsoft Security and Compliance Center.
