The Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst Senior is primarily responsible for assisting in the operation and administration of clinical information systems, collaborating with clinical and technical associates to enhance workflow methodology and tools
Support responsibilities include application support of medium to high complexity for acute and non-acute care clinical applications for a large, multi-regional healthcare system; provides incident, change and problem management support following the outlined ITIL processes
Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to focus on standardized best practice workflow processes and clinical content to ensure alignment across all ministries in order to create efficiencies that improve patient safety
Collaborate with technical colleagues to help identify any infrastructure related issues that have resulted in clinical application issues
Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements
Strategizes, designs, and implements security, which restricts access only to key CRM data/entity/form only for privileged users.
Leads CRM deployment activities and documents the deployment plan and checklist.
Follows Inova standards for change control and deployment of changes to production environments, documenting system configuration changes.
Creates and maintains custom dashboards, models, power apps components, integration with third-party services and external APIs. Customizes when appropriate “out of the box Dynamics”.
Creates reports and other communications, presenting data visually as needed.
Acts as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications.
Collaborates with team members to manage the Azure environment. Assists with the management and maintenance the Azure SQL environment.
Maintains custom code built within Dynamics using programming language C#/.NET Framework.
Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
Previous Microsoft Developer experience in Power Platform, C# preferred
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required. Relevant certifications are a plus.
4+ years of experience working with ERP systems and CloudSuite Required. Strong understanding of ERP Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources module functions preferred.
Play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
Optimize ERP system functionality to align with organizational processes and goals.
Ensure the ERP system effectively supports operational and business needs.
Apply deep understanding of ERP systems to troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions.
Lead projects and continuous improvements within the ERP landscape.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.
