Responsibilities:

• Six to Eight (6-8) years of healthcare experience directly supporting an Epic application as an analyst/informaticist
• Direct experience as an analyst/informaticist supporting an Epic Implementation and/or Epic version upgrade
• Understanding of healthcare delivery workflows and processes
• Understanding of fundamental project management methodology and demonstrated ability to serve as lead for an implementation or project
• Knowledge of different learning styles, effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-conferencing systems
• Understanding of HIPAA Privacy
• Knowledge of the different methods available to facilitate learning transfer
• Knowledge of information systems, including office automation and data analysis tools such as MS Office, simulation software, Visio, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field
• Epic Certification required
