• Epic HIM certification required
• Support HIM areas including Coding Deficiency Management and Release of Information; Identity module experience is a plus
• Act as a liaison between end-users, leadership, vendors, and support teams to design, build, and optimize Epic HIM applications
• Analyze business issues, requirements, and workflows; contribute to testing, documentation, and implementation of medium-to-high complexity projects

Responsibilities:

• Must have current Beaker AP Certification
• Documented progressive Epic AP experience (prefer 3 yrs minimum)
• Epic integration build and knowledge is a plus
• Cerner LIS Support experience a plus, not required
• Beaker CP certification a Plus, not required
• Epic Application Build Tasks as assigned
• Build Tracker Documentation for all work
• Triage Support for incoming break/fix, maintenance, and enhancement requests
• Interface error resolution and supported build
