Sr, Healthcare Business Systems Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare provider settings (hospitals, clinics) with EMR implementations (Epic, Cerner, Athena) and related Epic module projects
• Strong background in implementing EMRs and 3rd party clinical applications (e.g., Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, Softbank) across ancillary areas such as Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology
• Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, process flows, and producing project artifacts (charters, status reports, meeting minutes, agendas)
• Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, leading meetings to capture business requirements and design workflows
• Advises and supports customers in system operations, administration, and enhancements while partnering with support and delivery teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
