Microsoft UI/UX Developer

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilitites:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX development with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft development frameworks (SPFx, PowerApps, Fluent UI).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards in Microsoft applications.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Microsoft Designer.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies such as .NET or Azure is a plus.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and design thinking processes.
• Experience with user analytics and A/B testing tools to enhance UX in Microsoft applications
