Microsoft Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the conversion to M365, ensuring seamless migration and adoption across the organization.
  • Oversee the consolidation of intranet and internet sites, optimizing functionality and user experience.
  • Drive the implementation of new Microsoft products, including Co-Pilot, to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage the Microsoft license expansion, ensuring cost-effective and scalable solutions.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements, scope, and execution plans.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Microsoft technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for maximizing Microsoft technology investments and improving operational efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Microsoft Cloud and productivity tools.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements across all Microsoft implementations.
  • Develop and execute change management and training initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft product management, IT strategy, or digital transformation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-scale technology migrations and consolidations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and best practices for cost optimization.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
