Manager Clinical Informatics

Responsibilities:

• Prior supervisor/manager/director experience having direct reports and HR responsibility for ambulatory analysts is required
• Cert or lapsed cert in Ambulatory is required
• Strongly preferred to have started out as an AMB analyst and grew into leadership positions
• This individual engages with all levels of leaders across the continuum of care, in his/her assigned area of responsibility, to facilitate planning, coordination, and implementation of patient-centric clinical information system initiatives
• The Manager Clinical Informatics is responsible for developing strategic clinical informatics plans and serves as a champion and change agent for complex clinical projects and systems that supports efficiency and effectiveness for end users, with the primary goal of advancing evidence-based practice
• Responsibilities for this individual include training, mentoring and coaching assigned informatics associates on their daily activities
