Lead implementation and configuration of the Wolken IT Asset Management platform, aligning to business and IT requirements
Assess and improve asset lifecycle processes including procurement, assignment, tracking, and retirement Establish asset governance standards, ensuring data accuracy, ownership, and reporting consistency
Partner with IT, security, finance, and operations to maintain accurate asset tracking and compliance
Support CMDB alignment and integrations with enterprise systems Identify gaps in asset data quality and drive process improvements to enhance reliability
Develop reporting, dashboards, and metrics to support audits, compliance, and decision-making
