Healthcare Telecom Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and coordination for telecom system evaluation and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements
• Draft and manage the Request for Recommendation (RFR) document for telecom solution proposals
• Coordinate and assess vendor demos and solution evaluations (e.g., Cisco, RingCentral, Zoom, etc.)
• Develop scoring criteria and facilitate stakeholder reviews of vendor capabilities
• Provide structured project documentation, reports, and executive-level updates
• Oversee the transition planning if a vendor migration is recommended
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and security standards
• Knowledge of integrating telecom systems with EMRs/EHRs
• Experience in contract/vendor negotiation
