Lead administration of M365 & hybrid messaging platforms (Exchange Hybrid/Online, SharePoint 2019/Online, Teams, OneDrive) including mail flow, migrations, provisioning, and secure collaboration
Manage Proofpoint security (TAP/TRAP, encryption, SPF/DKIM/DMARC), M365 compliance/retention, eDiscovery, DLP, and governance for SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
Provide Tier 2/3 support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, macOS endpoints, and M365 applications; resolve MFA/Conditional Access issues and mentor users in Power Apps/Power Automate
Support Copilot governance and Entra ID concepts; collaborate with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams on identity, access, licensing, and compliance
Drive SharePoint/Teams architecture (taxonomy, permissions, hub sites), Power BI governance, documentation/training, and disaster recovery standards
5+ yrs Exchange admin experience, 3+ yrs M365 collaboration support, PowerShell automation expertise; strong communication & enterprise-scale support background
