Epic Technical Readiness Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic system implementation, technical readiness, or support roles.
• Strong understanding of Epic technical requirements, including hardware, network infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare IT or clinical operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) related to healthcare technology.
