Bachelor degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical Information Systems, Informatics, Information Technology, or Science required.
2 years of experience in a supervisory or management level role preferred; ability to demonstrate strong leadership within matrix teams.
4 years of Perioperative Services experience required
At least 8 years’ of healthcare industry experience required, preferably in hospital or clinical setting OR at least 8 years’ experience with clinical software and/or hardware required.
Detailed OR/Anesthesia experience that includes, but not limited to, perioperative and anesthesia documentation, order entry, physician documentation, bar coded med verification, CPOE, ancillary systems, sterile processing, asset tracking, etc.
Prior experience implementing Epic Systems preferred.
